To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再上枱都是廚師推介~上湯生菜鯪魚球豆腐煲~大大球自制彈牙鮮味鯪魚球, 加上滑滑嫩嫩豆腐件, 磨菇同生菜, 沉於鮮味十足白滑带有果皮湯底, 令我飲完一啖接一啖, 停不了口, 原來果皮先至是亮點,令整個餸菜的鮮味提升到頂點!
