To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係中環上街既範圍,實在有食肆臨立,大大小小既香氣充斥整條街道,當然,從排隊既情況來看,就自然高下立見...今次,就選擇左平日無論lunch,晚上,都好多人排隊去食既南記粉麵...其實已經去過幾次,個度既春卷,係特別令我難忘,大件之餘,之後同出面超級市場買既雪藏貨唔同,口感好彈牙...今次叫左個牛腩貢丸雲南小窩米線($25),女朋友就叫左春卷小窩米線,等左一陣就食得,晚上始終冇lunch咁多人,所以都好易搵到位...南記入面通風比較差,食食下會好熱...但係論食物既話,其實雲南米線黎講,真係好食,首先,料一定會落足,什至你要邊樣多d既,佢都會俾多d你...不過個人黎講牛腩就仲有發展空間,有d咬落比較硬,不過整體黎講的確唔錯...食得過!!!而且較同區既平...呢樣值得彌補個吸引力...
