To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次同同事去咗依間餐廳叫雞外賣。Lunch做緊48蚊半隻。可以喺邊搵呀。三揀二。菜薯飯。配咗蒜味飯同焗薯。驚死唔飽。一打開都讚嘆佢嘅份量。賣相已經很滿足。雞真係有半隻有一件雞髀同雞翼。半隻雞身啖啖雞胸肉。唔鞋囉。仲好嫩。點埋三揀一嘅牛肝菌汁。真係有啲菇味。正。本身雞都有香草醃過有味。不過皮就唔脆。焾晒。飯好有蒜香味。有味飯唔會寡。焗薯就原汁原味。點啲汁食會好啲總結係澱粉同蛋白質嘅盛宴。抵食到爆炸囉。想飲嘢要再加錢。
