To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 個人都幾鍾意食牛角，以呢個價錢來講，啲燒肉係幾好味嘅。今日父親節無留係出面食，費事同人迫，經過牛角就買咗兩個外賣。買咗燒牛肉同燒豬頸肉飯，要讚嘅係同小朋友玩咗一陣先返屋企，但啲飯都仲keep得好熱。整體感覺都叫幾好味，唯一唔滿意係啲牛肉太鹹！都係堂食啲燒肉吸到啲🤣
