好耐未去過深水埗,難得今日有事要去一轉黃金,突然口痕想食啲嘢,但又唔想食太飽,經過呢間雞蛋仔,寫住米之連一星街頭小食,岩晒唔太餓既我。咁多隻味之中,揀左原味,一底$18,平唔平見人見智,比完錢要等五分鐘左右先有得食,係即叫即整,好彩唔趕時間,咁玩下手機,好快就叫到我號碼。一拎上手熱燙燙,雞蛋仔面比較亮身,用手輕壓係硬。雞蛋仔係要等佢散走剛起熱板既濕氣,等佢表面脆同變硬先恰到好處,呢間有做到。先食一粒,面好脆,入面都飽滿同軟,每粒飽滿度平均,而連接每粒既薄脆都真係脆,加分。同北角雞蛋仔比較,呢間面層較厚,食落去脆得較明顯,入面軟糯,唔似北角既蛋糕口感,各有特色。係唯獨顏色唔均勻,同埋覺得蛋味不夠重,我比較鍾意蛋香多作為香港名物既雞蛋仔,算係唔錯,下次可再試多啲唔同既味道

先食一粒,面好脆,入面都飽滿同軟,每粒飽滿度平均,而連接每粒既薄脆都真係脆,加分。同北角雞蛋仔比較,呢間面層較厚,食落去脆得較明顯,入面軟糯,唔似北角既蛋糕口感,各有特色。係唯獨顏色唔均勻,同埋覺得蛋味不夠重,我比較鍾意蛋香多


作為香港名物既雞蛋仔,算係唔錯,下次可再試多啲唔同既味道
