To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港地想食齋點心一啲都唔易,有啲素食餐廳有點心不過款式好少,加上唔係專係飲茶嘅地方,所以「飲茶」氣氛都比較欠缺。剛好「緻素坊」就係其中一間又有茶飲,又算有氣氛嘅式素食餐廳🥢荀尖蝦餃皇$42🦐雖然用嘅係素蝦加豆腐,但食到真蝦餃味同個份鮮味,初食素嘅朋友仔一定要試下~金邊帝苗餃$36🥟塊皮超薄,仲要帶金邊,顏值夠曬高~內裏嘅菜苗餡味道清淡,食到蔬菜原本嘅味道。香菇燒賣$42🍄佢比green xxxxxx嘅大粒,而且口感唔錯,算係50%似真燒賣。靈芝菇素腸$40🍄腸粉個皮好滑,包住嘅菇餡增加左唔少嘅口感,而且個甜豉油都好正,意想不到嘅高質!甘筍鹹水角$36🥕本身對鹹水角無乜好感嘅我,連續食左兩舊。外皮脆得來好煙韌,入面嘅餡料夠曬鹹香,整體脆而不膩。川式擔擔淮山麵$48🍜麵嘅部份就稍微失色,湯底麻而不辣,麻醬味道唔會太濃,但味道上可能要略加調整。*佢地個辣醬係全香港同煎蘿蔔糕最夾嘅辣醬,直頭一食個辣醬就覺得自己食緊蘿蔔糕咁🤣*而家午市堂食好似仲有9折添🌟🌟🌟提提大家,佢地地方唔太大,所以打電話訂左枱先好去呀📲

雖然用嘅係素蝦加豆腐,但食到真蝦餃味同個份鮮味,初食素嘅朋友仔一定要試下~

塊皮超薄,仲要帶金邊,顏值夠曬高~內裏嘅菜苗餡味道清淡,食到蔬菜原本嘅味道。
