星期五放工去咗北角匯買啲嘢,食埋飯先返屋企。呢間日式鐵板牛好吸引,標榜係即叫即秤,好均真,仲要有我好鍾意嘅壽喜燒,即刻拉咗老公入去食。壽喜燒方面有幾款肉可以揀,我哋就揀咗最靚嘅日本和牛($168)。份量都幾足,應該有十塊和牛左右。和牛油香幾濃郁,牛尾好香,雖然未去到入口即溶,但係呢個價錢質素已經好好,性價比好高。壽喜燒汁好好味,配料有金菇、冬菇、娃娃菜、豆腐卜、烏冬,用濃郁嘅牛肉壽喜燒汁煮,吸晒啲湯汁,好好味。我哋追加左章魚餅($12),軟腍得來帶啲爽口,仲有啲酸薑嘅小粒喺中間,味道好好。我哋再揀咗封門柳牛扒套餐,$118/200g,order完之後店員會喺喺客人面前量重量,即刻切肉,絕對均真。牛扒已經預先燒左三成熟,可以按自己喜好喺鐵板上面燒食自己鍾意嘅熟度,我就鍾意五成至七成熟,牛肉有咬口得來唔會有渣,唔韌。食嘅時候灑上粉紅岩鹽提升牛肉味道,再加入我哋揀嘅洋蔥配料,沾上柚子燒汁,加埋七味粉好好食。我哋加咗$30升級套餐,配有沙律、飲品、同埋再加$15升級嘅三文魚子溫泉蛋木魚絲海苔飯。呢個就咁食已經好好味,配埋燒牛扒一齊食更加正。
