每個月總會有幾日特別好想食壽喜燒,今晚去咗尖沙咀令和鍋物酒場,食咗佢哋最出名嘅壽喜燒😋全程仲有人幫手煮埋。店舖裝飾充滿日本feel。彷彿已經飛咗去日本。首先,堂煮壽喜燒的 A4 和牛肩胛部位,肉質相當嫩滑,入面充滿了肉汁,配上新鮮的白菜、金針菇、粉絲、紅蘿蔔同埋大蔥,味道真係好豐富。鍋底的湯汁醇厚,牛肉同其他配菜一齊煮,吸收咗湯汁之後,更加美味!接著係師傅發辦二人刺身,呢盤刺身真係令人驚艷!北極貝、帶子、三文魚、拖羅同八爪魚片,每一款都新鮮得不得了。特別係三文魚,肉質鮮嫩,入口即化,搭配上清新嘅醬油,真係一絕!汁燒鳥提燈就係一個意外之喜,雞肉外脆內嫩,帶有燒烤的香味,再加上特製的醬汁,味道非常入味。然後,北海道花魚一夜干令人想起海邊的味道,魚肉咸香適中,肉質緊實,吃起來非常過癮。而燒廣島蠔就更加無得輸,鮮甜的蠔肉加上微微的燒焦香味,簡直係海鮮愛好者的夢想。
