呢間餐廳門口掛住個牛肉模型,好吸睛。上菜嘅時候,啲肉片大大的餐廳用北海道十勝產 A4和牛,屬於黑毛和牛品種,肉質濃郁香甜,大理石花紋及脂香就係佢哋嘅signature 。我自己鍾意食油花比較多嘅牛,因為太瘦的牛驚好乾好鞋。店長就推介肉眼壽喜燒。油花係咁多款牛肉最多嘅,肉味都好夠,肉汁香濃。助骨上方的肉,口感柔軟細滑。點上蘭王蛋汁,令到牛肉再滑啲。最後加入野菜、烏冬,掛滿壽喜燒、昆布湯精華,好夠飽又暖身。套餐包括180g(肉眼)壽喜燒+季節前菜+野菜盛合+蘭王蛋+白飯/烏冬+甜品除了肉眼,仲提供赤身、肩胛等不同部位,帶比大家不同的風味~餐廳都好多人,bar枱都滿晒,建議大家要提早book位。
