士多啤梨焗肉排, 長洲大蝦粉絲煲 both tasted very good. particully the 粉絲, not too wet or dry, absorted the fresh taste of the shrimp.古法豉油皇乾煎大蝦 ($70 each): large shrimp. but the soy sauce was not 惹味 enough太爺雞: really very strong flavour of smoke and tea. ok tasty.carrot and green turnip soup: delicious粉絲雜菜煲: so so only.合桃露,芝麻糊: quite good too. very too sweet
