行入「新月」,未坐低已經聞到隔離枱傳來嘅「滋滋」聲同埋濃郁嘅牛油香,今次專登為咗佢哋嘅招牌石燒吉列牛而來,真係未食已經流晒口水!
主角吉列牛上枱嘅陣勢十足!件件吉列牛外層鋪滿金黃色麵包糠,炸到微微脆身,但入面嘅牛肉依然保持住誘人嘅粉紅色。最正係跟嚟嗰塊燒到熱辣辣嘅石板,可以自己控制生熟度,鍾意食幾嫩都得,完全係「我的牛肉我話事」!
急不及待夾起一件放上石板,即刻聽到「啲啲噠噠」嘅悅耳聲音,牛油香氣瞬間爆發!將牛肉兩邊輕輕炙燒十零秒,外層個吉列脆皮索晒啲牛油香,變得更加香口;而入面嘅牛肉保持住五成熟嘅狀態,一啖咬落去,外脆內嫩嘅口感真係無得頂!牛肉嘅肉汁同融化嘅牛油係口腔裡面完美融合,個種豐腴嘅滋味邪惡到極點,但又令人忍唔住一舊接一舊!
旁邊仲有少少沙律菜同埋秘製醬汁,可以清清個口,再繼續投入呢場牛肉盛宴。成個體驗由視覺、聽覺到味覺都係享受,絕對係會令人心思思想再嚟挑戰嘅滋味!
