To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時多數都會外賣在家中享用,亦有試過堂食,但有時人流好多,要排隊,會覺得外賣較好方便。是日平日大約6點到了晚餐時間,喜歡比較早食晚餐,經過看見就有啲掛住它的招牌食物……春卷😋,於是決定堂食。可能時間尚早,人流稀疏,座位任坐。🍜招牌河粉 $29份量雖然唔多,但如果唔食咁飽,份量係夠。有3款食物,有白魚旦,牛肉,招牌春卷,雖然係清湯,但河粉好入味,食曬成碗好滿足又唔浪費食物。🍜春卷牛腩小窩米線(番茄湯底)牛腩一般般,乾同韌,番茄湯底濃。真的好喜歡它的招牌春卷,令碗河粉或米線增添色彩而胃口大增。
