第二次來Poem了,餐廳環境、服務、菜品味道我覺得都還在線,菜式整體偏油炸和碳烤,所以相對比較油膩,當然,巴釐島食物的特色就是甜和油膩,Poem已經改良了不少。 如果想吃巴釐島菜了,這裡還是城中比較不錯的選擇。------------------------------Market corn fritters 炸玉米,味道不錯,面衣略厚重。Soft shell crab炸軟殼蟹,個人覺得有一點油膩。Coconut smoked duck with mixed beans salad 椰子熏鴨肉搭配混合豆子沙拉,沙拉很好吃,滋味豐富,豆子的口感意外的爽口。Sambal marinated tuna tartare 辣椒醬醃制過的吞拿魚塔塔 搭配腰果做的薄米餅,有些重口味Satay sampler for two 沙爹烤串點了兩份,牛肉和雞肉,牛肉烤的很軟嫩,醬汁非常充足,但肉里肥肉很多,略有些油膩,不過味道很不錯。Red snapper with bajak sambal and fresh chilis, 烤魚搭配辣醬,外面的辣醬和辣椒味道不錯,但是感覺魚肉內部沒有進味。甜品點了cr

Coconut crepes: pandan coconut crepes filled with crispy mango, coconut gel, pandan cremeux and fresh herb sorbet 外面綠色的是班蘭薄煎餅,裡面有脆芒果和椰子著哩的內陷,外面點綴班蘭奶油還有一勺雪葩。班蘭的甜膩質感和雪葩的清爽配合的不錯。
