精選雞類我揀咗藥膳雞腿肉,雞肝,雞心,雞砂肝,同雞胸肉。
師傅有準備唔同醬汁配對所有串燒,當中藥膳雞腿肉效果出奇地好;有少少酒香之餘仲帶點甘甜味,而雞肝,雞心,雞砂肝全部都好細嫩,其中雞心燒得外脆內軟,加拿大豬拖羅一啲都唔肥之餘只係食到爽同一咬啲油脂分佈晒响口腔,配啤酒一流之餘,我仲試咗特色雞尾酒🍹Passionfruit Cheese Cake 同Yuzu Saketini,呢兩杯都強烈推介,Passionfruit 似台式飲品,好易入口。而另一杯Yuzu 加咗小青金桔帶起晒啲Citrus味,呢兩杯cocktails 都令我留下好深刻印象!

🍆《茄子》
田樂燒嘅味道其實係由味噌加醬酒燒焗而成,茄子本身無乜味,所以師傅嘅醬油就變得相當重要,茄子個皮烘到好脆,但一咬個茄子又會爆汁,加埋個醬汁呢個配搭好高分!

🧆《炸物拼盤》&《自家製松露蘑菇糕》
炸物麵糊唔厚,口感清脆而且唔會好油,自家製松露蘑菇糕幾特別,好似新年食芋頭糕咁但變成松露口味,幾有特色!呢個時候其實已經好飽,但一個晚餐結尾唔少得嘅當然係一個甜品,職員推介《日式炸鮮奶》,佢話大廚係參考大良炸奶做法但換咗脂肪再飽滿啲嘅3.6牛乳製作,加埋一球冰凍嘅沖繩黑糖雪糕又熱又凍多重口感,真係非常之唔錯。只可以話呢間嘢值得比更多將軍澳人認識😋
