刺身:包括帶子丶牡丹蝦、深海池魚、魴鮄,每款都好鮮甜,池魚嘅魚味較濃,魴鮄肉質爽彈醬油漬吞拿魚面頰:平時比較少食嘅部位,燒到外熟內生,口感上有唔同變化,調味不錯蟹肉羹:底湯係用日本嘅大根熬製而成,各款蔬菜鮮甜,加上淡淡嘅蟹香蟹黃茶碗蒸:上面鋪咗少少大閘蟹嘅蟹黃調味,蟹味非常突出,另外有栗子蓉鋪底壽喜燒:用嘅A5+和牛係嚟自於兵庫縣姬路👍(BMS去到12,係最理想嘅油花比例,而且喺農場自由放養足足18個月架),入口有好香嘅牛味,加上蛋汁,完全唔油膩,另外想讚下粟米好甜黃金燒澳洲龍蝦:燒到肉質外熟內生,最正係個蝦腦鮑魚伴海膽飯:海膽已經同飯完全融合咗一齊,另外鮑魚上面嘅汁係用鮑魚膽煮成,充滿曬鮑魚味魚湯:好濃郁既魚味,唔係好岩我口味最後每人一塊靜岡蜜瓜,甜~
