Restaurant: Day One Cafe (駱駝漆大廈第三座)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放工去左觀塘睇錶,睇完之後發現同層有間樓上cafe,時間唔早,咁就不如食埋晚飯。餐廳差不多坐滿人,空間感大,裝修以黑及灰色系為主,牆身油上灰色藝術牆,並掛上掛畫,走型格路線。餐牌選擇多,我點左個牛扒,叫主菜飲品可減$15,另外再加多個甜品。 香煎澳洲草飼肉眼扒配薯蓉:叫咗六成熟,廚師好細心,牛扒已切開一塊塊,佢用左慢煮烹調方法,鎖住肉汁,牛味重,口感厚實,唔韌,簡簡單單用左海鹽同黑椒調味已經好好食。另外薯蓉都已調味,鹹鹹地,幾好。鮮牛油果沙冰:色澤翠綠,質感綿滑,口感清新細膩,creamy,好smooth,幾好飲。提拉米蘇:自家製無酒精tiramisu,中間有兩層espresso比較濃,食落有層次感,苦中有甜,濕潤,唔錯。
