有事做來到虹方呢邊,順便搵下野食,見有間東南亞菜新開,餐牌幾特別就入去試下先。新開張的餐廳,感覺走西式路線。枱上放了香茅茶,飲落好香好好味。點了一份班蘭青咖哩雞配白飯,餐牌上寫住白飯任裝,哈哈,啱哂我呢啲飯桶呀。個咖哩好多料,有泰式茄子、薯仔、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥等,仲有好多件雞,已去骨同煎得香口,雞件咬落嫩滑一啲都唔鞋口,最正係個咖哩汁,有椰香之餘仲有濃濃香料味,味道微辣有層次,撈飯食超好味。附送嘅白飯係珍珠米,軟綿綿又飽滿充滿飯香,上面仲灑左乾蔥碎令個飯更添香氣,飯同咖哩都太好味添左一碗,哈哈。另外點了呢份軟殼蟹三文治,酸菜、牛油果、沙律菜、鹹蛋黃沙律醬,由菜名到賣相都有西式餐廳嘅感覺,所以餐廳名叫料理研究所,果然有別於一般東南亞餐廳。有冇鹹蛋黃fans?呢個醬超正,濃郁鹹蛋黃味但不死鹹,食落亦不油膩,同個三文治好夾。軟殼蟹超香口酥脆,即炸的新鮮熱辣,大量蔬菜食落清新,下層仲放左啲酸蘿蔔,增加口感同味覺,哈哈,睇落細細份原來好飽㗎。午餐唔包餐飲,但可以用優惠價加配,點了兩杯泰式凍奶茶,茶香奶滑唔過甜,好飲又好睇,啱晒打卡添呀。店內雖然係開放式廚房,但無油煙味。型格裝修加上冷氣十足,下午時段
