《曜 - 銅鑼灣》壽司既OMAKASE 都叫做話試過幾次,但割烹既廚師發板就真係未試過啦🤭知道銅鑼灣有間新既日本餐廳用高級食材做私房料理,風格唔似傳統日式做法,廚師會按照時令去安排食材同菜式,除咗咁之外,店員都有提及其實佢哋餐廳有做客人發辦,廚師好歡迎客人喺訂座嘅時候講定想食啲咩,餐廳會因應時令食材再安排,呢一點好貼心☺️由於我朋友就快生日,所以今次揀個好少少既set,要左$1380/人既Omakase,套餐有齊前菜、刺身、煮物、燒烤、凍盤、主食、湯同甜品,由頭慢慢食到尾都幾夠飽😏💁🏻‍♀️前菜-花膠果凍果凍冰冰涼涼好清爽,入面食到軟糯既花膠,個汁微微帶酸幾開胃,作為前菜感覺都幾好💁🏻‍♀️時令刺身五點🔹水母🪼平時我地叫水母做海蜇,不過師傅好強調呢個係水母和風刺身,咬落面頭滑滑的但食落爽口,底下配有白海草同特製酸汁,又係一道開胃既菜式🔹網燒北海道帶子經過炭火烤過既帶子味帶焦香,本身已經調過味道,入口炭香味十足,而且口感軟糯👍🏻🔹令和怪物生蠔新鮮既令和怪物生蠔好巨大隻,食落海水味同鐵銹味重,肉質脆口,上面淋有酸汁同蘿蔔蓉,令生蠔食落無咁漏同帶有清新感覺🔹鰤魚師傅將佢形容得好好笑,話鰤魚係油甘魚

師傅將佢形容得好好笑,話鰤魚係油甘魚呀哥😂我一定會永遠都記住呢段親屬關係的🤭 刺身好厚切,用火灸過既野生鰤魚肉味重而且油份高,口感肥美,就咁點豉油已經好好味

食完刺身,食番個暖笠笠既菜式暖下個胃都幾舒服,自家製蝦丸咬落彈牙,但又唔會死實實咁,上面淋有蟹肉芡汁,幫助清清味蕾之餘仲有提鮮作用

呢道菜我真係好喜歡,茶碗蒸入面食到有栗子蓉喺度,之前都真係未試過的,而上面就放有大閘蟹黃油同毛蟹肉絲,令人好想食大閘蟹呀救命🙈不過個蟹油同毛蟹肉又真係幾鮮甜,似蟹粉豆腐,食完仲係有好香蟹油既味道喺口腔徘徊好長時間

今次食嘅牛肉來自兵庫縣姫路A5+和牛,BMS達至12,喺香港算係少見嘅最頂級日本和牛肉,佢呢個和牛嘅製法有少少似韓式燒烤嘅做法,用生果將和牛醃好,食落有油花但無咁一般坊間食既肉感咁漏,偏向著重肉味同肉質

佢呢個紅蝦嘅做法有少少似花雕醉蝦,個蝦頭入邊嘅膏好飽滿而充滿酒味,個湯汁用上龍蝦頭去製作,帶有微辣,將啲蝦膏mix埋龍蝦湯一齊食又辣又有酒味,成件事十分重口味👍🏻個蝦肉都好彈牙,會再想encore 既item之一

去到主菜,呢一個鮑魚毛蟹飯好似意大利飯咁有湯汁喺底,食落有黑松露既味道,鮑魚應該事前醃製過,食到有醬油嘅香味,唔知係咪鮑魚同埋黑松露嘅味道相對較突出,變咗蟹嘅味道會淡味咗

飲埋個湯就真係到尾聲喇,呢一餐飯由頭食到落尾可以話飽到上心口,個鯛魚湯奶白色好重魚肉味,味道鹹咗少少,不過飲完個人好舒服☺️成個身暖笠笠
