To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇到早餐每日不同款式.所以決定入去試吓.食物一般(因為都係一般米粉.通炒.公仔麵)不外如是.值得一讚係杯熱咖啡!整體來說都算可以.但只想講反而係食物外問題.一般人光顧都可能兩手空空就坐.用餐巾清潔餐具.但不明白點解香港餐廳覺得餐巾是否好昂貴.總是多多借口沒有餐巾.又或者用晒仲未返到貨.用餐後每個客人總是要清理抹嘴等等.連最基本餐廳設備都唔準備.何來服務性行業.以客為本.還有服務員態度.服務態度差.怪不得香港人總是喜歡北上消費.唔好再指責總是北上消費的香港人.反省下自己有冇做到最好.最體貼.連基本都做不好.不好怪人!
