
諗住試返下童年回憶,竟然差𠃊過茶餐廳鐵板餐,黑椒汁同蒜蓉汁可以冇味,羅禾湯勁酸。啲廚師有冇差到連嗰汁都唔識推,平價牛扒最重要就係嗰汁蓋着佢哋浸蘇味,黑椒汁冇黑椒味,蒜蓉汁冇蒜蓉味。嗰丅骨啲筋多到切唔L到,鬆肉粉咪落多啲,唔係咪落木瓜汁,嗰T骨仲要係炸🤣本人都做過平價牛排都冇做得咁差。點解仲未執? 衰過好多大陸餐廳如果要對比。
