To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早訂咗11點45分4位飲茶,準時去到門口同帶位阿姐講到咗,阿姐覆咗一聲哦之後就冇反應,我哋以為阿姐等緊入面同事執好張枱就帶我哋入去坐,所以就喺企喺帶位啊姐面前等。突然後面有3個人插入嚟同帶位阿姐講3位冇訂位,帶位啊姐即刻安排佢地入座,仲問佢地飲咩茶。我地即刻問帶位啊姐點解我地嚟先又訂咗位唔係安排我地入座先,佢態度差咁回覆「等我地」,我地同佢講「我地一直企咗係你地面前等你嚟帶位?你等我地啲咩?」佢即刻用非常惡劣同鬧人嘅態度話「邊有啊!等你地啊!!」一路講仲要一路用好凶惡嘅眼神啤住我地,佢轉身過嚟向住我地個下,比佢嚇到後退咗一步。最後,我地去咗隔離利苑飲茶,利苑服務好食物好好味。如果百樂潮州有管理層睇到我呢個post,希望 貴公司管理下2025年4月20號早11點幾45分係銅鑼灣分店負責帶位個位員工,佢啲態度真係好垃圾,我係食客,但佢好似當我地唔係人咁,入嚟想幫襯你地餐廳,仲要比你地啲員工鬧。你地可以睇返個cctv,睇下你地位員工幾惡。
