To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實已經係第三次過嚟食,之前兩次冇乜特別,我都唔會出聲。但係今次真係完全超越左我可以接受嘅範圍。呢個韓國豬肉泡飯,落單嘅時候根本冇同我講要行20分鐘以上。咁算啦。 我問咗佢三次終於出嚟,總共等咗35分鐘, 咁味道係點樣?我可以用災難级形容可能其實我叫錯咗,係一碗韓國「豬食用嘅泡飯」白米,鬆散冇力貧弱,我都好耐都冇試過食啲咁垃圾嘅米飯🍚。所有豬肉一坺嘢,原本一一片一片嘅豬肉,因為over cooked, 變成一團鼻涕紙巾, 口感就好似牛皮紙咁樣。蘿蔔,細細塊,而且我真係未試過可以食到一個冇蘿蔔味冇甜味嘅蘿蔔。豆腐,可以用豆腐渣去形容。湯底,不知所謂,只係覺得紅色嘅湯。冇韓國豆瓣醬冇辣椒乜嘢都冇,我唔知點樣形容俾你聽呢間舖頭居然排隊排到出門口,真係侮辱咗黃色經濟圈。真係比狗都唔會食,買單$62。唔信嘅話你哋自己試吓

可能其實我叫錯咗,係一碗韓國「豬食用嘅泡飯」

白米,鬆散冇力貧弱,我都好耐都冇試過食啲咁垃圾嘅米飯🍚。

所有豬肉一坺嘢,原本一一片一片嘅豬肉,因為over cooked, 變成一團鼻涕紙巾, 口感就好似牛皮紙咁樣。

蘿蔔,細細塊,而且我真係未試過可以食到一個冇蘿蔔味冇甜味嘅蘿蔔。

豆腐,可以用豆腐渣去形容。

湯底,不知所謂,只係覺得紅色嘅湯。冇韓國豆瓣醬冇辣椒乜嘢都冇,我唔知點樣形容俾你聽
