To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前一直週末都訂不到位,所以提早幾星期訂,終於有得食!🤩我們共四人,叫了一個套餐,價錢相對便宜,再散叫其他食物。無論是肉類、或是海鮮,都非常新鮮和甜美,其實不用點醬汁都很夠味😍肉類當中還有和牛呢,果然入口即溶👍🏻燒餅或其他拌飯都味道不錯的。起初在研究椰菜是否需要燒,原來這是胡麻椰菜,很香口,咸咸的,吃不停口。甜品都十分有驚喜,叫了一個甜薯加牛角雪糕,冷暖交融;吉士雕魚燒要給予耐性,燒至有點金黃先好食,好玩又好味☺️要吃真的要早點訂位,否則真的很多人排隊呢,這一餐絕對沒有令我失望,食物質素高,又不大油煙,好!

要吃真的要早點訂位,否則真的很多人排隊呢,這一餐絕對沒有令我失望,食物質素高,又不大油煙,好!
