To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同兩個女仔朋友等左大半個鐘,終於可以入坐。。餐廳有海景,如果坐出面嘅位置,就可以望住維港用餐。。叫左個信用咭優惠嘅二人餐,再點左啲和牛粒同石頭飯。。二人餐包左一碟肉拼盤,一個沙律,同兩杯三十蚊或以下嘅飲品,仲有生蠔。。呢碟菜係另外加嘅,燒出尼都幾乾,再燒耐啲就黑晒,唔係太好食。。套餐嘅拼盤,燒出尼都幾juicy,調味唔錯生蠔整盤放上爐上面,牛油溶左之後生蠔略為縮水,朋友食過話okay沙律配上温泉蛋,同芝士粒,食落好滑好香,幾好味最後食埋個石頭飯,熱辣辣。。配上一杯日本果酒。。真係大滿足埋單around 900蚊三個人,尖沙咀尼講。。都算係咁啦
