To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次來到位於觀塘的聘珍樓,聘珍樓的格局是比較高雅的一間中菜廳,無論是環境以致菜式都較為精緻。入到去感覺不錯,而且空間感夠大,坐得都幾舒服。餐牌上的中菜選擇眾多,菜式跟一般中菜廳的大同小異,而這次就重點介紹Seafood Love Sake餐單,我們點了避餐單上的風塘炒蝦球 ( $198 ),另加點了1杯清酒 ( $48 ),清酒為宗玄 的 純米 Sword of Samurai。避風塘炒蝦球夠惹味,因為用左辣椒同蒜蓉,並且是炸物,味道較清蒸的蝦重口味,而配上一杯清爽芬芳的清酒,可以解除炸物的油膩感。
