To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六放工,相約朋友係荃灣行街。唔知點解今個星期六,周圍食野都要等位,淨係路德圍幾間麵店,全部都要排隊所以行行下,最後揀左牛角解決午餐。我地冇叫燒肉食,點左三樣食物,朋友最喜歡嘅牛角冷麵,仲有牛角沙律、海鮮煎餅。海鮮煎餅好似燒章魚小丸子嘅味,食落口只有麵漿嘅感覺,有少少章魚係入面,不過好細粒,所以覺得一般好食之後有牛角沙律,其實我喜歡食沙律,不過明顯呢款沙律唔係我杯茶 沙律菜唔好食,個汁太咸,個薯仔沙律有陣怪味。蛋、蕃茄、粟米最正常牛角冷麵最好食,食法有啲似韓國嘅水冷麵,有醋同黃芥末混合嚟食。不過如果唔加,味道都好好,清淡啲。麵條彈牙,湯汁清清淡淡,好啱夏天或天氣熱時食總結,牛角冷麵可以再食,但其他兩樣就一般,下次都係食燒肉算啦。

總結,牛角冷麵可以再食,但其他兩樣就一般,下次都係食燒肉算啦。
