約咗朋友去中環街市食晚飯,撞啱啤酒節,地下嗰層非常熱鬧,最後揀咗食日本菜,坐吧枱睇住師傅製作,頭頂嘅壽司豉油吊燈幾有趣~

齋睇賣相都覺得好食,非常厚切,赤身、中拖羅、大拖羅各三片,,大拖羅當然最正,入口即溶,充滿魚油香,完全食唔到有筋~

由師傅精選最新鮮嘅食材,當日有金目鯛、油甘魚、赤身、魷魚、海鰻、牡丹蝦、蟹肉蟹膏、海膽等,整體新鮮同高質,特別係魚類,可能冬天肥美啲,海膽都好正,夠晒creamy同鮮甜,最後食埋吞拿魚腩蓉手卷,魚蓉多過飯,口感綿密~
