成日講九龍城就只係會諗起泰國菜,其實九龍城匯集好多唔同東南亞國家嘅食肆,今次就揀咗印度菜試下。招牌大大隻字寫住Indian cuisine,非常醒目。一入到鋪面就見到呢張好靚嘅Bar table估唔到咖哩雞同咖哩羊都有咁多花款。芒果酸奶 / 甜乳酪其實兩杯都係Lassi, 差别就只係有冇加芒果。Lassi 最緊要飲落夠凍,兩杯都做到,而且亦好夠味。炸羊肉咖哩角 Mutton Samosa最唔鍾意食扁嘅咖哩角,而呢度嘅炸羊肉咖哩角就非常足料,圓卜卜而且外皮非常香脆, 當作前菜一流。燒鯧魚 Pomfret fish燒鯧魚外皮香口又充滿香料味, 入面嘅肉鮮嫩又唔會燒得太乾。薄荷烤餅泡餅加入咗薄荷葉,聞落好香薄荷味,食落有陣淡淡嘅薄荷味。 烤餅整得外脆內軟,淋上咖哩食一流。香草羊肉咖哩 Mutton Curry咖哩唔會太重香料味,亦唔會太辣,非常易入口。芝士烤餅有別於薄荷烤餅,芝士烤餅整體較為軟身,中間夾咗層芝士,就咁食都唔會覺得淡味。
