同朋友去開新蒲崗越秀,見到開咗間新嘅潮州菜,好奇驅使之下去入去試吓!滷水三拼:入面有牛腱、豬耳同埋鵝掌,滷得好入味,牛腱食落幾軟淋,豬耳有咬口同埋滿滿既骨膠原,鵝掌整得幾嫩又軟淋,骨肉分離!我係咁損佢,好香!炸子雞:呢道又係功夫菜,食落雞皮好脆身,但係入面仍然keep到肉質好嫩滑😍肉身入味!椒鹽九肚魚:九肚魚炸到金黃香脆,幾鍾意九肚魚入面嫩滑嘅質感,配埋椒鹽真係好惹味!同埋佢炸漿唔會好厚蝦乾魚滑浸時菜煲:蝦乾令到個菜煲鮮香,魚滑食落唔會有腥味👍d白菜仔都鮮甜,加上用煲上菜,keep住暖住食,正煎釀尖椒:鯪魚肉煎得佷香,同尖椒係絕配,食落少少辣但係好惹味個人覺得呢d都真係全部都係功夫菜,好值得出街食,同埋支持一下小店!
