To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同媽媽去食飯,老人家飲食要乾淨,環境要舒適,去咗位於康怡廣場嘅金公館,吃中菜,我地之前就訂咗位。媽媽喜歡食片皮鴨,我喜歡川菜,金公館有齊哂,有川菜有北京菜有酸菜魚等等,今次我哋就點咗賽螃蟹。賽螃蟹好滑,加在醋好似吃緊蟹肉咁,一流。仲要左炸饅頭。我哋冇叫主食,選擇咗叫佢哋餐廳自己做既饅頭,我懷念炸饅頭加練奶嘅味道。食到最後,佢上埋半隻片皮鴨,第一次見到片皮鴨有咁多配料同埋醬汁可以配搭,所有食物都好熱辣辣,媽媽食得好開心。
