To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳以磚紅色為主調,搭配中東風的彩燈和裝飾,環境既開揚又帶點異國情調。室內座位舒適,戶外區域則能感受到海旁微風,特別適合晚上來放鬆一下。空間不算太大,但桌椅間距恰好,坐著不會覺得擠。靠海的位子能看到將軍澳海濱的景色,雖然不是維港級別,但吃飯時有這點風景,還是挺加分的。食物方面,SeaRock Lounge的地中海菜做得用心,味道正宗又不失親切。點了雞肉串燒,雞肉嫩滑,醃製的香料味濃,搭配酸奶醬和pita麵包,口感豐富。鷹嘴豆泥是另一亮點,質地細滑,橄欖油和芝麻醬的香氣很開胃,配上烤得微脆的麵包,簡單卻滿足。試了雜堅果飯,米飯混入提子乾和杏仁片,帶點甜味,與羊肉塔吉鍋搭配,味道更上一層樓。
