行係土瓜灣,比呢間異國風情餐廳吸引到。原來係地中海菜,平時好少食到中東菜,就試一試佢。 一入到餐廳,啲音樂,環境,氣氛,廚師比到你好舒服嘅感覺,好似身處中東地區。前菜嗌左個fettosh,salad黎。有青椒,車釐茄,青瓜,羅馬生菜夾住檸檬沙律汁,食落口酸酸哋,好開胃,夾埋薄荷葉好清新。聽店員介紹返菜碟周圍黑黑哋係中東一款樹皮,食落係酸口嘅。有機藍青口$235 用左最簡單嘅煮法,以橄欖油,檸檬,海鹽白灼亨調出鮮味。口味偏鹹,湯汁好鮮甜,食落好健康。黑鬆露通粉$180 廚師好用心,黑鬆露夠味又唔會多得濟,個汁偏奶味,啲通粉吸曬啲汁,成啖好足味。不過份量有啲mini。甜品嗌左蜜棗蛋糕伴vanilla雪糕$120.雪糕偏甜,不過甜嘢先比到人開心嘛。蜜棗蛋糕做底,棗味重,如果中意棗味嘅就啱曬。
