想吃咖哩不一定要出國旅行~由印度人主理的【印度野】,主打正宗旁遮普咖哩(Punjabi Style Curries),烹調時加入大量洋蔥、香料與乳酪慢煮,香氣濃郁不嗆喉,微辣後勁,層次分明。餐廳最早落戶觀塘,其後搬至寶琳,今年 2 月進駐北角,新分店延續正宗印度家鄉風味。除了堂食,還推出真空急凍咖哩包,不含防腐劑,只需放入滾水加熱即可食用,既方便又能保留原汁原味。點了兩款主打咖哩,"香料咖哩鷹嘴豆"($68)是素食之選,鷹嘴豆軟腍入味,咖哩濃稠中帶香辣;配上烤得微脆的"蒜蓉烤餅"(+$15),蒜香撲鼻,撕開點汁,啖啖惹味。另一款"黑豆烤雞咖哩"($68)放入"農夫包"(+$30)上枱,咖哩釀入包心,麵包吸滿香料精華,香氣撲鼻。雞肉嫩滑,黑豆煮得綿密,不但打卡一流,味道也相當出色。飲品方面點了"原味乳酪"(+$15)與"芒果乳酪」(+$15),一杯酸甜解膩,一杯果香天然,甜度不高、濃稠適中,冰涼醒胃。
