記得上年依個時候都有黎過依間餐廳食今年的週年紀念,我地大家都打算再黎食多次因為Omakase 平時實在唔捨得食留番依啲大日子先食裝修擺設比上年有少少變化客人亦比上年多揀好食咩餐後,就坐定定等師傅安排先食前菜有果茄、牛蒡、菠菜、海雲果茄清甜多汁, 可以清一清口腔 海雲即係日本髮菜,味道好清新菠菜胡麻裙邊,帶酸既菜,酸酸地,幾開胃北海道真蠔好大隻,鮮甜肥美,肉質豐厚輪到食刺身啦先食粒貝,非常爽口,唔蘸豉油食更原汁原味北寄貝,質感較軟身,口感比較嫩滑,好爽口新鮮海膽湯熱,即係腐皮豆腐豆味好濃,味道感覺似豆漿海膽上有芥末調味,食落更香而且海膽新鮮甜美白蝦酒盗,酒盜係鰹魚內臟由20隻蝦組成, 係最細既蝦全部用人手剝殼下面有青檸,蝦吸左青檸味咸咸地, 好正鰹魚上面名荷(薑花)薑味同個醬汁好夾為味道較清的鰹魚增添味道平靜魚,燒過外層加上柚子胡椒,令魚味道更香魚質帶點膠質,好香口,肉質豐厚煮物:蒸鮑魚,蒸左五個鐘,海帶好稔鮑魚用蒸的方式煮,保持到本身的鮮味鮑魚邊好稔,糖心位置帶點煙韌,富有口感除左鮑魚外,仲有已煮到入晒味既菇同埋蘿蔔好滿足壽司:劍平靜魚壽司飯本身用米醋煮好所以唔駛蘸醋都好好味魚肉質外層
