To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由小雨天的第一天進入葵芳開業至今, 幫襯它也有近十年了.以前每星期六中午一定吃鍋雲南米線才回家的. 現在住遠了, 今年才第一次食, 其他小店在通貨膨漲影响下, 一是加價, 一是減食材,但小雨天沒有, 仍然是足料, 仍是老地方, 味道仍然美味! 係我心中小雨天係全港最好吃的雲南米線! 最愛佢濃味的湯底, 酸菜,芽菜, 碎肉, 韭菜, 以前省錢只叫一鍋$21淨雲南米線已很美味;今日加了 @$5 腐皮 - 大大磈, 多而滑(我的最愛) 金菇 - 有半包咁多 菜 - 律白 (估唔到咁好食) 雞肉 - 像有酒醋過, 我唔仲意食 原來走酸菜, 雖是白白的湯底, 連碎肉都走了, 也是那麼好吃!流著汗, 大大口地吃, 想快點食晒這麼好吃的美食. 食晒成鍋, 飽到上胃, 晚上也不用吃飯. 正!

原來走酸菜, 雖是白白的湯底, 連碎肉都走了, 也是那麼好吃!

流著汗, 大大口地吃, 想快點食晒這麼好吃的美食. 食晒成鍋, 飽到上胃, 晚上也不用吃飯. 正!
