To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳位於亞洲協會香港中心之內,位置比較隱蔽,但是附近有很多樹木非常寧靜,而且三面落地玻璃,採光度十足,餐廳裝潢型格優雅,很有品味,加上食物和招呼都非常好,所以雖然地點比較難搵,都一樣有很多食客。Restaurant week就和hubby來吃一個高質素的午餐。暖暖的麵包,外脆內軟又有質感,而且配上上等的橄欖油和黑醋,所以很快便被我們掃光了。Crab Tartare菜式的擺設很吸引,蟹肉非常鮮味,加上我至愛的牛油果和雜菇,吃後真的齒頰留香。4 Ways Beetroot Salad 像畫般優美的擺盤令人大飽眼福,把紅菜頭和金菜頭用四種不同形態擺上,外型和口感都不同。清甜爽口感覺很健康,還有鮮橙和合桃伴碟,是一道動人的前菜。Fettuccine with braised short-rib ragout 手造寬條麵煮得剛剛好,軟硬適中又彈牙,去骨的牛小排肉炆煮得非常腍滑,滋味一流,很是精彩。Risotto with morel mushrooms, asparagus & parmesan cheese意大利飯中間有少少硬,正合我意,配上很昂貴的羊肚菌、露筍和忌廉芝士汁,味道令人回味無窮。
