慕名已久,由舊店到新店再搬回舊店,終可到訪一嚐這裡的 Omakase。回歸原址,小店只有八個座位而且只做晚市的廚師發辦,所以一定要先訂座喔!雖然店子不大,但可以close一點和有師傅更多互動,感覺蠻溫馨的。早了一點到,武師傅正準備是夜的時令食材,而武嫂先送上前菜,是乾身帶點鹽花的枝豆,邊吃邊等接下來的美食這道汁煮蛤蠣用上簡單的調味,充分突顯出食材的鮮味蜆肉超大顆呢然後送上用笠子魚、白象貝的內貝肉煮的熱湯,喝一碗暖暖胃白蝦刺身的色澤溫潤潔白,樣貌質感與甜蝦很相似,口感較清新通透新鮮的刺身陸續送上,分別是金目鯛、岩鹽燒鰆魚、北海道活石垣貝、蜜柑鯛、岩鹽燒梭子魚和活白象貝。蜜柑鯛刺身很特別,用上蜜柑當飼料餵食長大的鯛魚,入口真的有淡淡的柑橘香氣北海道珍寶牡丹蝦肉身豐滿,入口甜美柔嫩,猶如一朵綻放的牡丹花這款是用昆布熟成的深海池魚,熟成過後肉質更緊緻,魚味更濃郁突岀,餘味寧靜悠長。拖羅卷內包了一片紫蘇葉,一口咬香脆的紫菜,紫蘇的獨特香氣突顯了拖羅的鮮,亦中和了拖羅豐腴油脂的膩,好吃~北海道鱈魚白子十分嫩滑,嚐來滋味相當鮮甜北海道粒貝刺身味道爽口清甜中場休息,送上蒜頭牛蒡茄子漬物這個富貴杯的確富
