To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來是打算去騷媚喝咖啡然後再去別處晚飯的, 怎知不知是已關門還是沒有開, 結果在小雨天搞掂。地方清潔度一般, 不過天花盞燈、摺枱、電視, 統統好鬼住家感覺。這裡不是吃米線便是吃泡飯, 左揀又揀之下揀了骨湯腐皮滑雞泡飯 ($29)。加熱檸茶要加 $5。豬骨湯是奶白色的, 熱辣辣 (辣親我個嘴!), 味道很濃, 味精不免有一點但不算多。面上的芫茜不算少,不喜歡吃的可以拿走。 雞肉就普普通通啦, 不韌的; 最喜歡的是軟綿綿的腐皮, 令泡飯有點白粥的食感。泡飯都相當之大碗, 而且內有不少蔬菜, 加埋湯都夠飽了。檸茶嘛沒什麼特別啦。見大部份人都點米線的, 難道我叫錯東西?
