



每次去都會叫酸辣湯拉面, 因為味道好味之餘, 材料都好夠多, 一大碗夠晒兩個人食; 而三鮮鯊魚骨湯泡飯, 好新鮮好好味, 湯底好濃, 我個人認為太細碗了, 但售價要78元, 略嫌貴了一點; 黑木耳配以陳醋來品嚐, 好特別, 也很開胃, 我一個人差不多食咗大半碟; 最後叫了一條炸銀絲卷作結尾, 趁熱食, 效果更佳, 兩口子食了一餐豐富又滿足, 味道不錯的晚餐.




To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
