餐廳裝潢以木色為主調,貫徹咗店名 "The BASE" 嘅含義 - 基本同埋簡約,以簡單自然生活為基調,活出自己嘅態度。宜家惠顧任何主食,加35蚊就有埋餐湯或沙律及餐飲,認真抵食。 煎焙芝麻醬沙律,沙律菜夠新鮮,只係以少少芝麻醬調味就已經夠哂好食。黑安格牛橫幅扒(8安士),牛扒仲有一款鹽同埋一款醬汁揀,我揀咗法國灰鹽同埋柚子薑汁,牛扒選擇咗medium,一切開中心係誘人嘅粉紅色,橫幅呢一個部位除咗牛味之外,仲多咗一份意想唔到嘅騷香,係我以前從未食過嘅味道。 黑松露博多走地雞肉雜菌米形粉,米形粉除咗形狀特別之外,口感都相當特別,個口感有少少似印度米,但係又比起印度米煙韌同埋大粒少少,走地雞肉肉質果然特別嫩滑,配合住黑松露白汁,非常creamy。
