日日返工chur到傻難得星期五最後一個行程係過港島拍攝,晚餐就去左中環一間想食好耐嘅牛肉粉中環地價貴就大家都知,所以呢到都絕對唔係平,但佢嘅特色係fusion得黎又不失傳統;環境特別之外又有style!我被安排坐吧枱位,可以觀賞住廚房制作過程。我係撈檬嘅鐵粉,食越南菜唔洗諗,一定係叫撈檬!呢到撈檬有好多特別嘅選擇,我最後點咗火燒牛腩撈檬火燒牛腩撈檬 grilled beef brisket cold vermicelli $68視覺上整體都唔錯,有生菜,紅蘿蔔,芽菜,芫茜加幾粒辣椒。如果中意食辣,有細細碟辣椒可以加埋。牛腩厚薄適中,唔會太韌,火燒燒得啱啱好,有陣肉香又唔會過焦👍🏻檬粉煮得剛好,口感彈牙撈檬嘅汁酸度高於甜,好開胃大推呢個菜!自家制雞肝醬蜜糖多士 honey homemade chicken pate toasts $45幾特別,雖然加左蜜糖,但唔會話太甜搶左雞肝醬既味雞肝醬唔會腥臭,咸咸地,意外地兩者幾合拍;多士都烘得啱啱好,唔硬仲好脆啲醬睇落薄薄地,不過咬落去都幾多,有時真係淺嚐先滋味!$45呢個價錢真係抵試特色奶茶special milk tea 跟餐+$9甜度啱啱好

甜度啱啱好,唔太甜;奶味唔會過重,相反茶味好出,好滑!


享受完呢個豐富晚餐,真係好滿足!

講返佢嘅質素,其實食咗一百蚊左右,仲要中環區,唔算貴了;
相比可能用差不多價錢先食到拉麵,呢間牛肉為主嘅越南粉餐廳,真係值得一試!
