今日喺土瓜灣早咗收工,同啲同事嚟到呢間品記鮮粉人家食晚飯。檸檬豬手:豬手炆得好腍好入味,骨肉好易分離,食嘅時候好方便。味道酸酸甜甜,有檸檬嘅清新,非常之醒胃。古法羊腩煲:呢度嘅羊腩煲大大煲,羊肉大大件,啖啖肉,用咗秘製醬汁加上古法炆煮,夠哂軟腍,又夠入味,加埋其他配料好似枝竹、馬蹄、蔥段等,味道變得更加豐富。即炸響鈴卷:響鈴卷係即點即炸,新鮮熱辣辣,脆卜卜,可以加入埋羊腩煲一齊食,吸哂羊腩煲嘅精華湯汁,更加滋味。黑豚肉:豚肉嘅肉色鮮紅,肉同脂肪比例均勻,切得夠哂薄身,所以唔需要灼太耐,口感嫩滑,好有豬味。紅糖糍粑:糍粑口感煙韌Q彈,表面裹住紅糖,甜度適中,可以有效減少整餐飯所帶嘅油膩感。呢度19:30前仲有88折,所以勁抵食。下次再過嚟食仲可以用whatsapp訂埋檯。
