To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前公司出左3千幾蚊既超級大花紅比我相(等於我半個月人工),所以就決定用黎請親人食飯,去了ELEMENTS既百樂潮州酒樓~貪佢地點夠方便.當中叫左個$388既潮式糯米炒肉蟹係當晚最貴既菜式.重點當然係個糯米,吸收蟹既精華而成,十分鮮甜~肉蟹都新鮮厚肉!$168烏頭亦係抵食之選,魚肉實而甜,帶少少黃油,又無咩骨啖啖肉,配埋佢地個唔太咸既普寧豆醬,正!$98蠔烙亦都好煙韌,蠔落得夠多,而且餅底唔乾,帶濕濕地既感覺(有一點點似台式柯仔煎)!最後當然要食埋手工甜品反沙芋,貪佢外面層糖夠脆夠甜,不過芋頭味不太重,懷疑食材唔靚.5個人埋單$1434,唔算太貴呢!,仲有2千蚊剩...
