To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年三十飯早放工,索性食個早圑年飯,之後去行花巿放題有幾個價錢,一心都係想食牛肋肉,唔要求去到A5和牛級別,加上限時100分鐘,怕食得太趕唔懂欣賞,最後揀左 LV3。用平板點餐的,雖然每次只能叫10樣,但係落單後上枱好快,要幾多有幾多,食到個咀停唔到第一碟係送的每次點單不需五分鐘就送到上枱,完全可以配合香港人的速度全家都係牛魔王,所以多數都係叫牛 件件厚切,自己去街巿都買唔到咁靚只要一有空位,就要放肉落去填滿佢見網上芝士雞好評,我們特定叫來試下。相比牛肉,我地都係鍾意食牛多些大約60-70分鐘時,職員會提你 last order。忙忙亂亂咁食左100分鐘無間斷,非常满足!應該都會再食,我地早開始,所以不用等枱,但離開時見到好多人排隊,聽門口講一般需要等一個小時
