To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 要數昨年最愛的蘿蔔糕,國金軒的巴馬金腿蘿蔔糕肯定是其中之一。喜歡國金軒的蘿蔔糕,因為它臘味豐、蝦米多、蘿蔔清甜,但主要原因,還是因為它的吃法。巴馬金腿蘿蔔糕除了蘿蔔糕外,還附有兩個小盒,盒內分別是中式的金華火腿和西式的巴馬火腿,這兩小盒才是這巴馬金腿蘿蔔糕的靈魂。先把兩款火腿粒輕輕炒香備用,把蘿蔔糕煎香後,再把火腿粒灑上蘿蔔糕便可食用。因為父親的緣故,自少便喜歡吃金華火腿,後來長大了,知道原來西方也有火腿,雖味道不同,但同樣精彩。金華火腿咸香十足,但肉質較硬,國金軒巧妙地把它做成絲,肉香不變,卻堅硬不再。巴馬火腿製成肉乾,肉味凝聚,不輸金華火腿。國金軒不直接把兩種火腿加進蘿蔔糕,吃時才灑到蘿蔔糕上,肉味和口感都更突出,真的好吃。現在只要在1月31日前到Miramar Group網站預先訂購可享折扣優惠,有興趣的朋友,要把握機會了。
