老人家講嘅野都係充滿智慧,所以好多時候我地都應該要聽。但係有時候其實都要加入自己個人分析。好似佢地成日叫做人唔好怕蝕底。咁你食放題嘅時候點搞呀。今日我地分享下回本之我見。 🍖 首先唔好貪平,一定要食靚啲,咁先至對得住自己個胃。黑毛和牛,油花均勻,肉味香濃,得到我個胃嘅批淮,我就埋位啦。前菜不得了,喺黑毛和牛西冷,邊有咁犯規架,一黎就出皇牌,仲有專人幫你燒,一放落個爐度,油份即刻捲起火焰,賞心悅目,而且非常治癒,味道好,其實都唔洗特別講。 🍖跟住仲有和牛里脊肉,牛肋肉,牛肉眼,牛肉角切,割切方法唔同,油份比例唔同,肉香程度唔同,咀嚼口感唔同,美味可口一樣。 🍖但係和牛始終喺和牛,油份會令人好快有飽腻感覺。哩個時候就要善用餐牌上面各種各樣嘅選擇,引開自己個胃既注意力。我個人嘅重點推介就係紫菜溫泉蛋飯。你冇聽錯,唔好以為飯就係飽肚,佢一方面吸收左油份,另一方面中和左油膩感。我仲叫左和牛壽司,因為係刺身牛,冇用火燒過,更加加重左返璞歸真嘅感覺。 🍖當然我仲有其他板斧,韓式泡菜,海帶湯,黑鬆露帶子,味道比較濃重,絕對會引開味蕾既警覺性。尾二一招喺以牛制牛,用油份唔高嘅牛脷,再一次欺騙個胃。但係講
