上星期放工後去左朋友推介既「榮哥廚房私房菜」✨,餐廳位於官塘工業中心,餐廳裝修中式風格,以屏風分格開每一張枱,每枱都保持私隱度👍🏻,菜式傳統中式上加點創新元素,👏🏻每款食物既味道非常好,絕對食過返尋味😋。前菜方面,茶燻流心蛋🥚伴黑魚子醬配厚切茄子十分出色,流心蛋帶點茶香味,而茄子沾黑魚子醬汁非常好味😋。之後原盅燉湯哈密瓜螺頭黑毛豚肉湯啖啖肉香而唔油膩,每一啖湯都香氣撲鼻,而黑毛豚肉嫩好味。主菜蝦球水芙蓉🪷絕對推介,蝦球晶凝彈牙好味,而水芙蓉滑溜無比,清啖好味。另外遠年陳皮黑豚肉排骨回味無窮✨,黑豚肉外脆肉鬆軟,一點都不油膩,厚薄適中,充滿陳皮香味👍🏻。最後大紅大紫炒飯健康好味,炒飯粒粒分明,配搭紫薯粒增加口感,不紅菜頭令色澤鮮艷,無論色香味俱全。
