呢間冰室以前開係元朗,開左係屯門之後方便好多。終於可以試下佢最出名嘅炸雞脾。 炸雞脾好怕乾身,但呢間完全唔會。雞脾好juicy,雞皮係非常脆口,勁似出面個種燒雞皮,香口得黎佢個油分係岩岩好,唔會太多。食雞脾絕對要配薯條,雖然係極度肥,但呢個配搭一流。自家制菊花茶都不錯,感覺可以下下火
