To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相信永年士多這個大名在元朗區是無人不曉吧?在元朗區的小店做起,愈做愈出名,最近幾年更衝出新界,在尖沙咀和銅鑼灣的市區開設分店呢!有別於一般車仔麵店的不潔、淩亂,永年士多特別裝潢後整齊美觀,格調優雅,感覺就好像去了高級西餐廳一樣,但其實,我們只是吃一些平民美食——車仔麵而已!😆😆晚市時間都人頭湧湧,非常熱鬧,有點意外呢!還有一些特色的模型擺設,增添藝術感之餘,亦令人懷念永年士多昔日的老模樣!😃😃三餸車仔麵加抹茶紅豆冰約六十元!這個價錢在銅鑼灣區還可以接受吧!其實車仔麵的味道都是大同小異,小弟覺得還算保持到水準,反而一讚抹茶紅豆冰,甜度適中,紅豆夠多夠足料,是一般車仔麵店、快餐店很難調較到的水準呢!今次到訪反而令我想起了以前在元朗店時的種種味道和回憶!小弟曾經在元朗生活過一段日子,有段時間經常光顧永年的車仔麵,令我回味無窮呢😆😆👍🏻👍🏻
