好久沒有吃泰國菜,今晚就約朋友吃新派泰國菜Add some thai restrautant,內裡裝修頗有特色,外面亦特意裝上聖誕節氣氛。串燒拼盤: 每樣各兩串,番茄菠蘿🍍串,雞肉串,豬肉串,牛肉串,還有沙律菜和蝦餅,肉串好大塊,外面燒得些少幹內裡卻嫩多汁。再配上特製醬料,令肉類更美味。軟殼蟹配金邊粉: 最喜歡吃軟殼蟹,不需要拆殼,可以整隻入口,外面蘇脆內裡細嫩,很有滿口感。金邊粉也是我很喜歡的,它比河粉有彈性,滑口。再配上花生,口感更是多層次。馬拉盞炒通菜: 份量不少,炒得好有鑊氣,口感爽脆,夠鹹香,而且很入味。千層糕: 小清新的千層糕,粘性得來又有韌性,碟底是濃濃的椰香,可以點來吃,而且不會太甜。椰青是原隻上,裡面很多果肉和汁,非常清甜。今晚來到Add some thai restrautant吃得很滿足。
